In January 2008 Digital Matrix Studio Inc held a strategic planning session internally.  During this session we as a company decided to move in a different direction.  During the past 8 years we have promoted ourselves as a production company.  We have been successful in this area but see many oportunities to work with our clients in a more rewarding capacity.  As stated in our mission statement we strive to develop relationships with our clients.  To do this effectively we must believe in the clients product or service and they must believe in us.  Our new direction will focus on marketing and business development.  THis will allow us to do everything that a company needs and we will charge them a flat monthly fee.  This is easy for companies to budget and plan for.  The client will recieve regular reports and are in constant contact with the project manager.  We look forward to working with our current clients in a new capacity and developing new relationships. 

During the change other items internally will also be changing.  The company will have a new corporate identity and will now will be refered to as Digital Matrix with our all new logo. 

        

Esquivia & Stennett Bilingual Services, LLC is a new company serving the needs of businesses in the Chambersburg Area with translation services.  Digital Matrix Studio was contracted to create the entire brand from the logo to marketing materials.  The logo was customized and vectorized for brand purposes.  The ESBS website launched in January of 2008. 




Becuase ESBS, LLC is a dual language company, all of the materials created by Digital Matrix Studio were created in both English and Spanish.  Digital Matrix Studio maintained the same look and feel for all marketing materials based on the colors built into the logo.  Business Cards were designed and printed for all ESBS, LLC employees.



Esquivia & Stennett Bilingual Services, LLC supplied Digital Matrix Studio with a mailing list of over 600 names to send a postcard mailer announcing the services offered by ESBS, LLC. 

        

Pennsy Supply contracted Digital Matrix Studio to design, print, and mail a postcard that outlined some of their services to previous and potential clients.  A 6x9 inch postcard was designed and printed with special ultra violet coating to enhance the thickness and feel of the card.  A mailing list provided by the client was used to complete the mailer.

EZ Note connection needed marketing materials to promote their services.  Digital Matrix Studio designed a business card and website for the company.

        

CW Kiser Construction Inc. is a newly formed general contractor in the Chambersburg Area.  As a new start-up CW Kiser needed a full marketing package.  Digital Matrix Studio started by designing a custom logo and website.  Digital Matrix Studio utlized flash technology in the design of the website.
