"Chambersburg is all about small businesses. About 75 percent of our chamber is businesses with less than 10 employees, and small businesses don't have a marketing department, a human resources department, or government and business advocacy," said Doug Harmon, membership director. "It's very important because it means more opportunities for our members to reach other members."
